What makes Innisfail Career High School different than a regular high school?

Innisfail Career High School has an open classroom setting.   There are no specific time periods for starting.  Every student has unique goals.

We specialize in 'school to work' transition and workplace safety training for youth from Career High and the community.   

 

How much does it cost?

School Fees are: $98.00 for a full year or $49.00 for each semester for students under 20 years of age.

Adult students are welcome, please call the school for current rates.

 

What courses do you offer?

Innisfail Career High School offers high school level courses (grades 10 - 12).  We offer distance learning modules, and/or Nautikos Learning Computer System (generates course material and tracks students marks).

English Language Arts: 
     English 10-1, 10-2, 20-1, 20-2, 30-1, 30-2

Mathematics:  
     Math Prep 10 (3 or 5 credits), 14, 24
     Applied Math 10, 20, 30

Science:    
     Biology 20, 30
     Chemistry 20, 30
     Physics 20, 30
     Science 10, 14, 20, 24, 30

Social Studies:  
     Social Studies 10-1, 10-2, 20-1, 20-2, 30-1, 30-2

     C.A.L.M. (Career and Life Management) (3 credits)
     Physical Education 10  (3 – 5 credits)
